3.3 One Account Per Person. Each natural person is permitted one 963jl account. Creation of duplicate accounts, sharing of accounts, or transfer of accounts to other individuals is strictly prohibited.
3.4 963jl reserves the right to close accounts that have been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to notification by email to the registered address. Any remaining balance will be credited back to the verified payment method on file.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the 963jl platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱). 963jl does not accept foreign currencies directly; any foreign currency deposits are subject to conversion at rates determined by the relevant payment provider.
4.2 Payment Methods. 963jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods where available: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available methods may vary based on account verification status.

4.6 No Winnings on Prohibited Funds. Any funds found to have been deposited in violation of these terms, or connected to prohibited conduct, may be forfeited without right of withdrawal.
5.1 963jl offers bonuses and promotional rewards at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds.
5.2 Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Real money funds may be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard withdrawal processing terms.
5.3 963jl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if 963jl has reasonable grounds to believe the promotion is being abused, exploited, or used in bad faith.
5.4 Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Bonus stacking is prohibited unless explicitly permitted in the specific promotion terms.

10.2 963jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the platform, even if 963jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 963jl makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.1 963jl may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or permanently close any player account where: (a) the player has violated these terms; (b) fraudulent activity is suspected; (c) the account is linked to money laundering or other unlawful activity; (d) PAGCOR or a competent authority directs such action; or (e) the account holder is determined to be under 21 years of age.
11.2 Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so through the account settings or by contacting 963jl support. Verified balances in good standing will be returned to the registered payment method upon closure.
12.1 This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the PAGCOR Charter (Presidential Decree No. 1869, as amended), Republic Act No. 9160 (AMLA), and other applicable Philippine legislation.
12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be submitted to 963jl's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's Player Protection Unit or to the appropriate Philippine courts having jurisdiction.
13.1 963jl reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification with reasonable advance notice where practicable.
